Hey, I’m Lauren – three-time Olympian, mom of 3, and overcomer of 6 years of postpartum depression.

Mom guilt, PPD, and the overwhelming need to put everyone else first without caring for my own needs left me passively suicidal and at my rock bottom. I knew I needed to make deep, meaningful changes if I was ever going to be the confident, healthy, and happy woman, wife, and mom I wanted to be. 

So I put in the work – through therapy, coaching, and deep inner reflection and self-improvement to completely transform how I felt, how I showed up, and how I enjoyed life. Now it’s my joy to lead other women on their own path to true physical, mental, and emotional strength through Strong Mom so they can show up for their families like the Mom they know deep down they can be.
Since 2014 Lauren has been able to help hundreds (and counting) of moms:
